Greystar is proposing a fresh approach to One Lansdowne Road that will deliver benefits directly to Croydon’s town centre.
Thank you to everyone that took part in our consultation, we’ve now submitted our planning application which can be viewed on Croydon’s planning portal by searching reference 23/02689/FUL.

Our proposals at a glance
There is existing planning consent for two buildings of 68 and 45 storeys, joined by an 11-storey podium that include around 800 new homes and a large amount of office space.
We carefully reviewed this existing consent and are proposing some changes that we feel better reflect the needs of the area.
A more sensitive design, reducing building heights to 47 and 35 storeys from 68 and 41
Create c.780 new highly-quality homes, including homes delivered at discount market rent
Flexible workspace for Croydon’s budding business
Space for a small retailer such as bakery, sandwich or coffee shop
Replace an 11-storey link building with a green public square that includes new trees, planting and an outdoor play trail
A safer link to the station, with new CCTV, lighting and a 24-hour concierge
Contribute towards a new street-level crossing across Wellesley Road
Re-provide the locally loved space-themed murals at Voyager House
